Day 6

We started out by walking around the Akasaka area of Tokyo which was close by. Then we headed to the Hie-Jinga Shinto Shrine which is right in the middle of the city. It was very beautiful and peaceful and had a staircase that was full of the red torii gates. We also saw several people dressed in traditional kimono blessing babies and getting married. Those were neat to see.

After that we headed over to Shinjuku Gyoen Garden which was absolutely gorgeous. We had a wonderful picnic and just enjoyed our time walking around and seeing all the beautiful greenery.
